Yummy!

Last night, my fantasticly amazing husband threw together a recipe for lentil beef stew that I'd compiled based on my cold winter day cravings and ideas from some other lentil stew recipes I found online. I'm so happy to say that it turned out delish!!! I'll have to share the recipe, maybe a pict, etc. later on, but as I sat here eating a bowl, I just had to share my delight. :) Hope I get my post up so that you can enjoy it as well!!
